  • What is Transcendental Meditation?
    Transcendental Meditation is a highly beneficial form of meditation that has gained immense popularity in the current times because of its simplicity to practise and effectiveness on the body and mind. Founded in the 1950s by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ji, transcendental meditation allows one to reach the deepest parts of their mind. It is different from other forms of meditation as it is effortless and automatic - it uses the natural tendency of the mind rather than controlling the thoughts. You can learn this technique at our many meditation centres in India.
  • What happens when you meditate?
    The TM technique allows your mind to easily settle inward, until you experience the most silent and peaceful state of your own awareness. It is completely different from other meditation techniques as it involves no concentrating or focusing, no trying to "empty the mind".
